A four-week outdoor/indoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer, Adrian Delorey. Each day, camp will be one hour in length starting at 6am and 9:15am (Winter Indoors at our facility) and 5:30 am, 9am or 6pm (Spring/summer/Fall) depending on the camp you're in.
Mommfit offers a wide variety of fitness classes and informative workshops. We beleive that healthy and fit pregnant woman and new moms means healthy and happy babies and families.
Sunrise BootCamp is a 4 week Co-ed outdoor fitness class designed to help you improve your strength, conditioning, agility and balance as well as overall fitness. The Sunrise BootCamp program will concentrate on strengthening your "core" (abs and lower back) while providing a full body work out.
